Summary
Love Notes does not collect personal information from website visitors or TikTok viewers. The only account data it handles is the operator's own TikTok connection, used to publish posts.
Information we collect
- Website visitors: no accounts, forms, analytics or tracking cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, deleted on a rolling basis.
- Connected TikTok account (operator only): when the operator signs in with TikTok, we receive an access token, refresh token and TikTok open ID, plus basic profile details returned by TikTok's creator info endpoint (such as username and available privacy settings).
How we use it
Tokens are used only to publish image posts to the connected account and check their publishing status. We do not read messages, followers, viewer data, or any other account content.
Storage and security
Tokens are stored in a private database on our server, outside the public web directory, and are never shared or sold. Rendered post images are stored publicly so TikTok can fetch them, and are deleted after 7 days.
Third parties
- TikTok — receives the images and captions we publish. See TikTok's Privacy Policy.
- Pexels — we request photos from the Pexels API. No personal data is sent.
- Anthropic (optional) — may be used to help write new text notes. No personal data is sent.
Your choices
A connected account can be disconnected at any time in TikTok under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions; stored tokens are deleted on request.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
