Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

1. About this service

Love Notes ("the Service") is operated by Emerald Code Studios. It is a content tool that creates image posts (an original text note over a royalty-free photo) and publishes them to the operator's own TikTok account using TikTok's official APIs. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

2. Who may use it

The posting tool is for use by the operator only. Members of the public may view this website and the resulting TikTok content but cannot connect their own accounts.

3. TikTok account connection

When the operator connects a TikTok account, the Service receives access only to the permissions granted on TikTok's consent screen (basic profile information and permission to publish content). Access can be revoked at any time from TikTok's settings under Security → Manage app permissions.

4. Content

Text notes are original. Photos come from Pexels under the Pexels License, and photographers are credited in post captions. Music on TikTok posts is selected by TikTok. All content must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, or misuse any API credentials.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision.
